Devine Soccer Academy (ABN 36 224 056 365) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using our website or booking a session, you agree to this policy.
1. What we collect
When you make an enquiry or booking, we collect the details you give us, including:
- Parent and player names
- Player year born, current club and level
- Email address and phone number
- Any notes you provide about the player
2. How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, arrange and run sessions, process payments and match them to your booking, and keep you updated about your bookings. We do not sell your information to anyone.
3. Storage and sharing
Your details are stored securely and only shared with services we use to run the business, such as our payment provider (Stripe), email and text messaging, and our booking and bookkeeping records. If you pay us by bank transfer, your name and the payment appear in our bank records, which our bookkeeping tools read to keep track of payments. These providers have their own privacy protections.
4. Website cookies and advertising
Our website uses the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta (Facebook and Instagram). It records visits and actions on our site, such as viewing a page, moving through the booking form and sending an enquiry, so we can measure and improve our ads and show them to people likely to be interested. Meta may use cookies to do this. If advanced matching is turned on, details you type into the booking form (such as your email or phone number) are scrambled (hashed) on your device before they are sent to Meta, so they can be matched to a Meta account without being readable. Meta handles this data under its own privacy policy. You can manage the ads you see in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, or block cookies in your browser.
5. Photos and video
We take photos and video during sessions and use them for marketing, including our website and social media. Parents agree to this on the booking form. If you would like it to stop at any time, message us and we will stop using new footage of your child.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing devinesoccerschool@gmail.com.
