This policy explains cancellations, fees and refunds for Devine Soccer Academy (ABN 36 224 056 365).
1. Free trials
The first Skill Squad session and the first Ball Mastery class are free. There is nothing to refund on a trial.
2. Term programs
Skill Squad term payments are non-refundable once the term has begun. Missing sessions within a term does not qualify for a refund.
Sessions cancelled on the same day (for an afternoon or evening session), or after 6:00pm the night before a morning session, are charged the full session fee. Please give as much notice as you can if you need to reschedule.
4. Holiday camps
Camp fees are confirmed at booking and run subject to demand. Where a camp cannot run, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.
5. Payments and processing
Payments are collected via Stripe. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method and may take a few days depending on your bank.
6. Exceptions
We understand genuine emergencies happen. Exceptions may be considered at the discretion of Devine Soccer Academy.
