These Terms & Conditions apply to all sessions, programs and bookings with Devine Soccer Academy (ABN 36 224 056 365). By booking, you agree to them.
1. Bookings
A booking is confirmed once we have accepted your enquiry and, where required, payment has been received. Places in Skill Squads and classes are strictly limited and offered on a first-in basis.
2. Payment
Payments are collected before sessions, usually via Stripe. Term programs (Skill Squads) are paid per term. Casual sessions and classes are paid as booked.
3. Free trials
A free trial is offered for Skill Squads and Ball Mastery classes only (one free session). Free trials do not apply to private coaching or holiday camps.
4. Participation and safety
Players take part in physical activity at their own risk. Please tell us of any medical conditions or injuries before a session. We reserve the right to stop a session where conditions are unsafe.
5. Behaviour
We ask players and parents to treat coaches, other players and venues with respect. We may decline service where behaviour is unsafe or unreasonable.
6. Changes
Sessions run subject to demand and minimum numbers. If a session cannot run, we will offer an alternative or a credit. Times and venues may change; we will give as much notice as possible.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
