These Terms & Conditions apply to all sessions, programs and bookings with Devine Soccer Academy (ABN 36 224 056 365). By booking or paying, you agree to them.
1. Bookings
A Training Squad place is confirmed once the term is paid. A private trial session or block is confirmed once it is paid. Squad places are limited (max 10 per squad) and offered first in, first served.
2. Payment
All payments are made by card through Stripe.
- Training Squads: paid for the full term after the free trial. If you join part-way through a term, you pay for the weeks left.
- Private coaching: the trial session is paid when you book. After that it’s the 12-Week Private Program, paid in 4-week blocks on the same day and time each week. Each block is paid in full before it starts, and your dates are set when you pay. You can continue in further blocks after week 12.
3. Free trial
The first Training Squad session is free. Private coaching starts with one paid trial session.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Paid is paid. A missed session isn’t refunded, credited, made up or moved, whatever the notice or reason (for example illness, injury or holidays).
- Training Squads: squad places are paid for the term and aren’t refunded once the term starts.
- Private coaching: no refunds or rescheduling. Trial sessions and blocks aren’t refunded once paid, and each block runs on the dates set when you paid.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

5. If we cancel, and other changes
A squad runs once it has 3 players. If we have to cancel a session (for example, because of weather), squads get a make-up session or a credit, and private sessions are added to the end of your block. Times and venues can change, and we post all updates in your squad’s WhatsApp group with as much notice as possible.
6. Participation and safety
Players take part in physical activity at their own risk. Please tell us about any medical conditions or injuries before a session. We may stop a session if conditions are unsafe.
7. Behaviour
We ask players and parents to treat coaches, other players and venues with respect. We may decline service where behaviour is unsafe or unreasonable.
8. Photos and video
Parents agree on the booking form that we may use photos and video from sessions for marketing. Message us any time to stop the use of new footage of your child.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
